Updated zones, schedules and valves to new Webhook notification service.
Webhook support for valves is new and will be used by default.
If Webhooks are already configured no extra steps are required, a Webhook will be created for each device.
Breaking change
If you were only using this plugin with Smart Hose timers, you will need to configure Webhooks or this is still an option in the config to using the polling updates which will be off by default and would need to be enabled.
