Tandem v2 driver:

• current pumpSettings (in JSON data only, not displayed in blip)
• alarms (in JSON data only, not displayed in blip)
• suspend and resume device events (in JSON data only, not displayed in blip)
• classify reason on suspends and resume triggered by certain alarms as automatic rather than (the default in Tandem driver) manual, with cause
• suspended basals fabricated from suspends and resumes around occlusion alarms
• "dotted line"/suppressed info for temp basals
• prime events (in JSON data only, not displayed in blip)
• reservoirChange (cartridge change) events

Bug fixes:

• now possible to upload during temp basal and extended bolus
• fixed unhandled combination type error: temp_start|pump_resumed
