Hotfix for /mt issue on pre 2008 R2

Use TFX to upload to your account. You will need to follow the instructions on the TFX repo to:

1. Install TFX
2. Login using a PAT
3. Be in the admin role at the "All pools" level.
4. Use the tfx build tasks upload command
