Changes from 14.9.5 beta:

• Some fixes to Wallpaper.cmd script to apply ArkanoidOS wallpapers
• Updated README.md of GitHub repo so it includes more complete attributions and shout-outs to Revision Project's ReviOS
• Fixed paths and values in YAML feature file to build ArkanoidOS's Extended Context Menu, and added the YAML instructions to create SubCommands REG_SZ value to enable the drop-down context menu style on context menu entries
• Added the trustedInstaller property when executing the Batch script which applies ArkanoidOS wallpapers, so it executes with TrustedInstaller privileges
• Created Batch scripts to:
  1. Activate/enable the Startup Sound on Windows 10/11
  2. Apply the Startup Sound, depending on the Windows 10/11 version installed
• Improved Wallpaper.cmd to self-execute as TrustedInstaller, and to properly take ownership of C:\Windows\Web folder and its subdirectories and files
• Uploaded/added modified imageres.dll.mun (Windows 10 1903-22H2 / Windows 11 21H2-23H2) and imageres.dll (Windows 10 1809 only) to properly apply ArkanoidOS's Startup Sound (modified with Resource Hacker)
• Uploaded/added .wav file of ArkanoidOS's Official Startup Sound
• Capitalized letters of Background and Directory Registry paths (ArkOSExtendedMenu.yml)
