- fixed saving of modified cmdb_*.bin channel lists
- removed "Save as" function (which was disabled for most channel list formats)
- added "Convert list" menu item which gives a hint on how to use reference lists for that purpose
- added functions for easy swapping in 1-list-view (mark for swapping, swap with marked)
- LOTS of internal changes

This version has been temporarily removed due to issues with Samsung .zip channel lists.
(Due to an incompatibility with Microsoft's latest SQLite database library, channel names are turned into Chinese symbols when saving the list)
