Metaflow 2.6.1 Release Notes

The Metaflow 2.6.1 release is a minor release.

• Proper support for custom S3 endpoints. This enables using S3-compatible object storages like MinIO or Dell EMC-ECS as data stores for Metaflow ( #1045 )
