New Release [v0.2.1.6-alpha] Global Feed, block users and app configuration view

What's Changed
Global feed
The home feed will contain 2 tabs, Global feed and Contacts feed.
Block users
Users can be blocked and their notes will appear hidden.
Configuration page
- Show images on public feed: Profiles pictures and links previews are disabled by default only for the global feed.
- Show sensitive content: Notes with NIP-36 tags will be hidden by default.
- Satoshi symbol: Sets how to display Satoshi units: 丰 or "Sats"
