Added the following new settings:
- Check aired year with AniDB when searching - Previously on by default, unchecking this will decrease search times and AniDB traffic, at the potential cost of search precision.
- Check aired year with TVDB when searching - A new option that uses TVDB to potentially increase search precision, at the cost of increased search time and TVDB traffic.
- Delay in seconds between AniDB requests (min 2) - Allow you to increase the agent's AniDB request delay, increasing will potentially reduce the likelihood of an AniDB softban during large metadata updates.

Added checks for cached bad data, affected files will be reacquired.
If both AniDB and TVDB aired year options are checked, the agent will attempt a TVDB check first and skip AniDB if successful.
