Instructions:

1. Download nds-bootstrap.7z for DSi/3DS SD card, or B4DS.7z for DS/flashcards.
2. Extract both .nds files, to sd:/_nds.
3. Extract the .ver file to sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu.
