Charger now shows on a full battery

When your battery is full, macOS drops the live power negotiation, so WhatCable used to show "Try a higher-wattage charger" instead of the charger that was plugged in. It now falls back to the system adapter reading, so you'll see the charger and its wattage even on a full battery. Thanks to @grischard for the report (#278).
