BREAKING CHANGES

• android: FastImage needs Glide 4.15 or later: a glideVersion before 4.15 stops the build (the default is 4.16.0).
• FastImage needs React Native 0.65 or later, iOS/tvOS 13 or later and Android minSdkVersion 21 or later. It includes SDWebImageSVGCoder and AndroidSVG (com.caverock:androidsvg-aar) for SVG images, and APNG4Android for animated PNGs; apps with AndroidSVG's other package (com.caverock:androidsvg) exclude FastImage's (see docs/troubleshooting.md).

Also in 9.0

• children on FastImage is deprecated: use FastImageBackground for content over an image. FastImage still renders children in 9.x. TypeScript marks the prop as deprecated; there's no runtime warning.
• The Xcode project for linking FastImage by hand (ios/FastImage.xcodeproj) is removed. FastImage is linked with CocoaPods (autolinking, React Native 0.60 and later).
• 9.x replaces 8.x as the maintained version: fixes go to 9.x from now on.
