Notes

• Android: Glide 4.16 by default (was 4.12). Apps that set glideVersion keep their version; with one before 4.15, animated WebP and AVIF images show their first frame.
• Android: APNG4Android is included (com.github.penfeizhou.android.animation:apng 3.0.5, about 60 KB) when the app's minSdkVersion is 21 or later. Apps that added it for FastImage can remove their own dependency (keeping it is fine). With a lower minSdkVersion, APNGs show their first frame, as before.
• iOS: SDWebImagePhotosPlugin is now a dependency, so run pod install after updating. Apps that added pod 'SDWebImagePhotosPlugin' (or the expo-build-properties extraPods entry) for photo library images can remove it.
