Fixes
- Adding a work around for a webkit bug which prevented native scroll blocking from working in iOS 11.3 #413. Thanks to @watlandc for raising this so promptly after the release of iOS 11.3. Also thanks to @seancurtis, @treshugart and @Blasz for their help getting this across the line.
