This release focuses on improving the script's stability and user experience by fixing rate-limiting behavior and making the command-line interface more flexible.

• Correct Rate Limiting: Fixed a critical bug where the --rate-limit-wait was not being applied to authenticated submissions or status polling. The script is now a much better API citizen and is more reliable for large archives.
• Automatic Safeguards: The script now automatically enforces the Internet Archive's minimum wait times (5s for authenticated, 15s for unauthenticated). If you provide a lower value, it will be overridden to the safe minimum, and a warning will be logged.
• Case-Insensitive Logging: The --log argument is now case-insensitive (e.g., --log info works the same as --log INFO).
