synapseclient 4.15.0 on Python PyPI

Highlights

The Synapse Python Client now supports Python 3.15 and pandas 3.x.
Breaking change: Support for Python 3.10 is removed. Python 3.11 or newer is now necessary.
When you store a JSON schema, the client now records its version information.
If you can read a file but cannot download it (for example, because of an unmet access requirement), you can now move or update it. The client no longer loses the file handle ID.
The schema registry functions in the curator extension are deprecated. Use the Organization and JSONSchema models instead.
Many security fixes from dependency updates.
