Streamlit Shadcn UI 1.2.2

Number Input now passes no extra className or style overrides to the
generated shadcn Input and Button. This release removes the remaining text
alignment, numeric typography, and touch-action overrides from the adapter.
It retains the default 32 px input height and 32 by 32 px icon buttons restored
in 1.2.1. Numeric validation, stepping, callbacks, and public API signatures
are unchanged.

The repository's AGENTS.md now requires explicit user permission before
modifying or overriding shadcn default styles. The rule covers generated
source, adapters, Elements renderers, CSS, theme tokens, and documentation
examples. It also requires reviewing adapter overrides and rendered controls,
since generated-source checks alone cannot detect this kind of mismatch.

No generated shadcn component or runtime dependency was changed.

Verification

• 83 Python tests and 82 frontend unit tests passed. TypeScript, the production
  build, shadow CSS checks, and generated-source/import checks also passed.
• Browser measurements compared Number Input with ordinary shadcn Input and
  Button. Inputs measured 32 px high with 14 px text, a 10 px radius, start
  alignment, normal numeric font variants, and automatic touch behavior. Icon
  buttons measured 32 by 32 px. The same results held inside Elements.
• Step buttons, typed decimal values, and nested values reached Python without
  browser errors.
• The installed wheel passed the complete component-catalog test in Chromium,
  Firefox, and WebKit using Python 3.10.9 and Streamlit 1.60.0.
• Wheel and source distribution passed metadata and bundled-asset checks. Both
  installed successfully, and the source distribution was also checked with
  Python 3.14.2 and Streamlit 1.61.1.
