This release adds support for Python 3.15 and removes support for EOL 3.10.
This is a relatively large release, adding support for client-side DNS load balancing, usable by setting enable_dns_load_balancing=True when initializing a transport. This should particularly help when using HTTP/2 where load balancing can be problematic with only a single connection. Even when unset, pyqwest will now also automatically balance across multiple connections to the same backend when a connection exceeds it's stream limit.
