Fixes

• Bioregistry URLs now expose their collection and compact term, allowing RDFAnnotationData to resolve metadata through OLS while preserving the original URL. Configured OLS ontologies no longer require an identifiers.org namespace, and DRON, MMO and SCDO are now included (#87).
• OLS identifier prefixes are stripped once, case-insensitively, with either a colon or underscore separator. Identifiers such as SIO_001013, OBI_0000070 and chebi:37924 now produce the correct term IRI (#87).
