Fixed

• Markdown front matter is now read as skill selection metadata only on
  explicit selection-definition paths: a file named SKILL.md,
  .claude/agents/*.md, .claude/commands/**, and .cursor/rules/*.mdc.
  Previously, any Markdown file with a description: key was treated as a
  skill at any path (H1.8 on ordinary docs pages), and any name: key under
  a skills/, agents/, or commands/ directory triggered H1.1 — including
  a skill's own assets/, references/, and example files. Directory scans
  also include Cursor .mdc rules now. Reported with reproduction, controls,
  and boundary analysis by @armelhbobdad
  in #143; fixed in
  #145.
• The llms-full.txt gate sentence now documents the narrowed boundary:
  front matter is selection metadata only on the paths above.
