• lintlang init --github discovers repository-owned instruction files and generates an idempotent, least-privilege GitHub Code Scanning workflow.
• Generated workflows pin LintLang 0.4.1 to its immutable release SHA, upload native SARIF, and block HIGH/CRITICAL findings by default.
• Unsafe paths and silent workflow overwrites are rejected; explicit --force is required to replace an existing workflow.
