Fixes
- argon2, bcrypt: fix a regression in backend resolution for derived backends such as bcrypt_sha256. The first call to _calc_checksum produced an incorrect checksum, this restores correct first-call hashing and fixes verify() returning False for freshly created handlers (issue #27). by @Daverball
