Kessler v1.3.2 Base Release Notes

Minor bug fixes and improvements to game Score object returned after simulation.

Changes:

• Fixed bug where controller thrust and turn rate commands were not clamped to allowable range before being applied.
• Fixed bug where performance metrics were not returned properly after simulation
• Added finalized controller references to Score object
