Fixed

• icu_get_pace_curves no longer fails with an internal error when Intervals.icu has no pace data for a requested window and returns null instead of empty arrays for a curve's distance, values and activity_id. It now returns the normal "No pace curve data available" empty result. Contributed by @effectustasi (#197).
