Browsing workout folders works again
icu_get_workouts_in_folder returned HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed for every folder and training plan — broken since the tool first shipped. The path it called (/athlete/{id}/folders/{folderId}/workouts) turns out to be PUT-only on the Intervals.icu API, and there is no per-folder listing endpoint at all. The client now fetches the athlete's full workout library and filters by folder, so drilling into a folder or plan from icu_get_workout_library finally returns its workouts. Same tool interface and response shape, verified against the live API. Reported by @gadelain (#95).
