Fixes
- Parsing values with many continuation lines is now linear instead of quadratic in time (#78, regarding #77).
- A leading UTF-8 BOM is now stripped when reading INI files. Files saved by Windows editors used to fail with
ParseError(#76, thanks @Pitchfork-and-Torch).
Internal
iniconfig._parse.ParsedLine.valueis now a list of lines. This is private API.
