This prerelease includes Hydra core and all eight bundled plugins at 1.4.0rc3.
Changes since 1.4.0rc2
- Prevent arbitrary code execution through unsafe PyYAML loaders in
hydra.utils.instantiate(). Safe YAML loading and dumping remain supported. - Clarify the default working directory behavior in the basic tutorial (#3573).
