We now build Envoy for Windows, including support for dynamic modules. This means we can now publish native wheels for glibc Linux on amd64/arm64, macOS on arm64, and Windows on amd64.
We previously tried to utilize Docker for platforms not officially supported by Envoy but realized it has issues with dynamic modules, especially if dealing with virtualenvs. It should still be possible to create a docker run command to use Docker at the caller side as needed, so this package will focus on publishing native wheels of Envoy.
