Packaging

• Ship a py.typed marker, so type checkers read the annotations of djlint.api.
• Importing djlint.api no longer builds the command line, which takes a little off the start of editors and other programs that use djLint from Python. The command line moved out of the djlint package itself, which still hands out main, process and process_stdin when they are asked for.
