Features

• djlint --lsp runs a language server over stdio, which reports findings as you type and formats documents, with no process start for each. See Language server.
• djlint.api.is_excluded() tells whether the configuration leaves out a file.

Bug fixes

• With --stdin-filename, djLint now reads stdin even if the configuration has files. It worked on those files instead, so an editor formatting a template rewrote them and left the template as it was.
• --stdin-filename now honors exclude, extend-exclude and --use-gitignore: such text comes back unchanged, with no findings, as an excluded file is left out. They had no effect on stdin.
