Fixed

• Fix py dependency by upgrading pytest version to 7.2.0 for Python 3.7+.
  For Python 3.6 tests pytest needs to be added manually.
• Remove unused tox dependency.
• Update coverage dependency.
• Also send options in API requests even if they are default values.
