COSG v1.1.2 - default installs work again without cytome

Bugfix release. 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 break the default install: every plain-
AnnData cosg.cosg(adata) call raised ImportError: Reading a .cytome dataset needs cytome
unless the optional cosg[cytome] extra happened to
be installed. The input-type check promised a no-op fallback in its
docstring and then broke that promise two lines later — the second
cytome.Dataset lookup was outside the ImportError guard the first lookup
had.

Fixed

• cosg.cosg(adata) on AnnData works on installs without cytome: the
  optional-dependency guard in _cytome_dataset_classes() now matches its
  documented fallback (empty tuple when cytome is absent).
• matplotlib ≥ 3.9: the one remaining plt.cm.get_cmap call site (removed
  upstream) now uses plt.get_cmap, matching the other call site.

Tests

• AnnData path with the cytome import blocked; the empty-tuple contract
  pinned directly; import + plotting with matplotlib.cm.get_cmap deleted.

If you pin cosg: cosg>=1.1.2 is the safe floor for environments without
cytome (PIASO 1.2.1 moves its own floor there). No API changes.
