Fix: don't enable pip caching in the GitHub Action. 3245d15
setup-python's pip cache looks for requirements.txt or pyproject.toml in
the caller's checkout and fails when neither exists. The action installs
bump-my-version from PyPI and doesn't need the cache.Fixes #320
