Shapely 2.2.0 is a feature release with various new functions, improvements and bug fixes. Highlights include performance improvements for scalar attribute and method calls, and the new minimum_width, coverage_clean, split, transform_coordseq, and get_segments top-level functions.
Shapely 2.2 supports Python >= 3.11, and binary wheels on PyPI include GEOS 3.14 and are now also provided for the Windows ARM64 platform.
Wheels are available for Python 3.15.
