settings.commentingAvailable(), which will provide more detailed information on why commenting is not available on an element. (thanks @adrienne). - Add support for importing nested child comments for Feed Me.

- Fix an error when "Enable Admin Notifications" was enabled, but no "Comment Administrators" were defined.
