Feature release of the 8.x line: Symfony 8, PHP 8.4 or later.
Some defaults change: read docs/upgrade-to-83.md before upgrading (Cache-Control of the events feed, all-day dates serialised as Y-m-d, listener dates in the requested time zone, 400 for an unknown time zone).
Changes:
- Accept DateTimeInterface dates and an allDay argument in the Event constructor (#141)
- Accept GET requests on the events feed with private ETag revalidation (#101)
- Support the FullCalendar timeZone parameter (#102)
