Added

• Add whereTranslationLike() to search partial translated values across one or more columns and locales, with grouped query constraints and bound search patterns. Configure default search locales with Translatable::locales(). Thanks @OthmanHaba for #526.

Correctness and documentation

• Empty columns or locales arrays match no records instead of dropping the search filter.
• Lowercase both operands in the database to avoid PHP/database Unicode case-folding disagreements.
• Exclude JSON null translations from matches on MySQL and MariaDB.
• Document SQL wildcard semantics, locale precedence, trusted JSON selectors, and database-specific Unicode limitations. SQLite's built-in case conversion is ASCII-only.

Tooling

• Add MySQL 8.4 and PostgreSQL 18 CI coverage alongside SQLite.
• Use Laravel Pint for local formatting, matching CI.
• Retain PHP 8.4/8.5 and Laravel 12/13 coverage, with Pest 5.3 on Laravel 13 and Pest 4.7 on Laravel 12 due to Testbench's Symfony 7 requirement.

Validation: all six test matrix jobs and PHPStan pass. The suite contains 89 tests and 140 assertions. Local SQLite, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Pint, Composer validation, and actionlint checks also pass.
