Fixed

• Resolve model-bound arguments for nested scope filters on the related query model, including deeply nested relationships and scopes whose names also exist on the root model.
• Preserve root scope behavior and custom route model binding; unresolved related model values now raise the documented InvalidFilterValue exception instead of a PHP TypeError.
• Add public regressions for related bindings, unresolved values, matching scope names, and deep relationships.

Maintenance

• Include the previously merged CI-only PHP 8.6/Laravel 13 test lane and explicit runtime-version verification from #1074.

PHP and Laravel requirements and public APIs are unchanged.
