Fixed
- Preserve the complete value when a dynamic operator filter contains an equals sign that is not a leading operator (including Base64 padding and URL query strings). Thanks to @123mousab in #1072.
- Expand regression coverage to verify implicit and explicit equality, Base64 values, and URLs.
Maintenance
- Require PHP 8.4 or newer; retain Laravel 12 and 13 support.
- Test PHP 8.4 and 8.5 with Pest 4/PHPUnit 12 on Laravel 12 and Pest 5/PHPUnit 13 on Laravel 13. Laravel 12 Testbench requires Symfony Process 7 and cannot use Pest 5.
- Update PHPUnit configuration and PHPStan tooling; fix the Pest HTML coverage command and source configuration.
