The Phan 1.x releases support analysis of php 7.0-7.2, and can be executed with php 7.0+.

This is the first release that removes tests/, internal/, etc. from just the tarballs/zips published on GitHub releases for a release tag (for composer.phar --prefer-dist), and not the release tag itself.
