The Phan 1.0.0 release supports analysis of php 7.0-7.2, and can be executed with php 7.0+.
This release replaces the previous 0.12.x releases.
This major release removes deprecated APIs and Capabilities exposed to third party plugins. Apart from that, CLI invocations and configuration files used with Phan 0.12.x should continue to work.
