New Methods
Stage::compose($placements, $paperSize, $paperWidth, $paperHeight): draw pages of the PDFs on new pages of the size you choose.new DownloadFrom($url, filename: ...): name the downloaded file when neither the server nor the URL path does.
Page selections take Gotenberg 9.2.0's exclusions and open ranges, such as !1 or 3-, as they are.
