cakephp/plugin-installer 2.0.3 on PHP Packagist

App plugins take priority over vendor plugins of the same name in cakephp-plugins.php again, as they did up to 2.0.1. Since 2.0.2 the composer-installed copy won, so a working copy in plugins/ was ignored. This covers vendor-namespaced plugins (plugins/MyVendor/MyPlugin/) too. (#86)
A plugin whose PSR-4 namespace maps to a list of paths no longer aborts composer dump-autoload with "Array to string conversion". (#87)
