Fixed

• The HomeKit name field in the device list uses the available width
  (#388, @jp112sdl): the column was fixed at 130 px and the field stayed
  91 px wide however wide the edit dialog was pulled; now the column takes
  whatever the dialog leaves next to the CCU name, address and type columns,
  so widening the dialog widens the field, and a long CCU name is cut with
  an ellipsis instead of widening the row. The field also has the height of
  the dropdowns next to it instead of a full-size form field (Node-RED's own
  input rule had overridden the list's), so the list is denser.
