Add floating tabsets to Workspace: tabsets that float above the layout, listed in the model's new floating field. Users move them by their headers, resize them by their edges, and drag tabs into and out of them. The new floatTab and floatTabset methods create them, collapseTabset collapses them to their headers, and moveTabset docks them. - #799
Workspace tabs (and tabsets) can be dropped at the edges of the workspace, beside all of the other tabsets (e.g. as a sidebar or bottom panel). These targets are on by default; turn them off with disableDrop={({ target }) => "edge" in target}. - #800

Warning

TabDropTarget has a new { edge } variant without a tabsetId, so check for it (e.g. with "tabsetId" in target) before reading target.tabsetId.
