• feat!: use public React Native codegen APIs and require React Native 0.80 (#4065) (671d878)

BREAKING CHANGES

• React Native 0.80 or newer is now required, and
react-native-macos 0.81 or newer on macOS. Older versions do not export
these APIs from the react-native root, and codegen before 0.80 cannot parse
  CodegenTypes-qualified types.
