Changes

• Updates Android integration to com.plaid.link:sdk-core:6.2.1, which narrows
  the SDK's consumer ProGuard rules from a blanket -keep to -keepnames. R8
  can now shrink and optimize Plaid SDK code in minified apps while keeping
  stack traces readable.
• Lowers the minimum supported Android version to API level 25 (Android 7.1),
  down from API level 26 (Android 8.0), through the Android SDK update.
• Picks up Android fixes for a white screen when connecting a second OAuth
  institution in the same Link session, and for income_verification document
  uploads through the WebView file chooser.
• Updates the bundled iOS SDK to LinkKit 7.1.2, which fixes onLoad not being
  called for Identity Verification sessions and corrects an invalid purpose
  value in the privacy manifest.
• No changes to the JavaScript API.
