Further improvements in Bubble Charts-

1. Added the props minRadius and maxRadius to control the max and min radii of bubbles in Bubble charts. The final radius of a bubble is calculated as follows-

const givenRadius = item.r ?? bubblesRadius;
const actualRadius = Math.min(maxRadius, Math.max(minRadius, givenRadius));

minRadius defaults to 8, while maxRadius defaults to 20% of chart height.

1. Smart auto-computation of xStepValue and yStepValue to elegantly distribute the bubbles, making optimal use of the chart space.

2. Added the props showGradient and centerColorForGradient to add gradient effect to bubbles. showGradient defaults to true for Bubble charts and false for Scatter charts. centerColorForGradient defaults to 'white'.

3. Set and animate border opacity independently from the bubble opacity.
