• The README's total-downloads badge is live now. It reads an endpoint on
  angularpdf.com that adds up npm's download history in 18-month pieces (npm returns
  no more than that per request, which is why the stock npm/dt badge undercounts),
  so the npm page no longer shows a count frozen at publish time. The fixed counts in
  the README text and the package description move from 8.3M+ to 9M+.

No library code changed in this release; it ships the updated README and description to npm.
