A small batch of bug fixes and dependency updates.
Configs compiled to CommonJS should no longer fail with No dialect provided. JavaScript migration loading on Windows is fixed too. (#436)
migrate:make and seed:make now clean up existing Kysely instances supplied in your config, respecting destroyOnExit. This fixes the commands hanging after creating the file. Thanks @mx1700! (#374, #437)
Passing a string argument before a subcommand, e.g. kysely -c src/db/kysely.config.ts migrate:list, no longer prints extra usage output after the command succeeds. (#433)
We also added support for kysely-neon@3 and kysely-postgres-js@4/kysely-postgres-js@5, and bumped dependencies. (#453)
The config example now documents the existing migrator options, including disableTransactions, allowUnorderedMigrations and custom migration table names. Thanks @duncan3dc! (#430)
