Summary

A small feature release: download() gains a decodeText option for saving a text part as the original file instead of as decoded text. Default behavior is unchanged.

Who should upgrade

No hurry unless you offer inline text/plain or text/html parts as downloadable files. Nothing changes for existing callers.

Highlights

• download(range, part, { decodeText: false }) returns the part with only the transfer encoding (base64, quoted-printable) removed. It skips the format=flowed unwrapping and the charset conversion, so the saved bytes match the original file. meta.charset still reports the part's charset. Requested in #455.
